It includes two round and one oval bread proofing baskets (also known as bannetons), which absorb the moisture released by the dough during proofing. It also includes a round-edged metal dough scraper designed to be used in large mixing bowls, as well as a sharp dough scoring lame (or blade) for that beautiful 'ear'. Best of all, it includes Shropshire-made spun iron bakeware from Netherton Foundry, which retain high levels of heat to create crisp, browned exteriors.
