Return clause

Our products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase, and can be returned within 30 days. Please refer to the following instructions for specific conditions:

Products that can be returned:

Whether a return fee will be charged for products that can be returned:

For one or more returned products that can be refunded, we need to charge 5% of the purchase cost of the product plus 2% of the labor cost of the product.

When you have satisfied our return conditions and returned the goods, when we have received and inspected your return and the goods are in good condition, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment will be returned in accordance with the original payment method. Please note that we will deduct 5% of the purchase cost of the product + 2% of the labor cost of the product.
