By adding a lid, you transform your fry pan into a steaming, simmering, poaching and braising machine. The lid is designed to fit perfectly over the six pour spouts to lock in flavours. Integrated self-basting rings on the underside of the lid help especially when slow-simmering sauces or oven braising. ---BENEFITS---The lid is completely oven safe and topped with a hand polished American-made solid brass knob that makes it easy to lift and set down.
