So much of what makes a good sauce great is the sugar content. That same sugar, however, can easily caramelise, scorch or separate if it gets overheated. The thick base of this cast iron sauce pot prevents that. Suitable for gas, induction, electric or straight over the coals. Oven safe and grill ready. The pan is also great for baking delicious single-serve brownies, cakes, lasagne and cornbread.
