The standard diamond disc that comes with the HORL 3 and HORL 3 Pro knife sharpeners, suitable for sharpening (not honing) any kind of knife blade. Not compatible with HORL 2 sharpeners or accessories.

---DETAILS--- An interchangeable disc that affixes to the rolling mechanism of any HORL 3 or HORL 3 Pro knife sharpeners, this standard coarse black diamond disc is a replacement part. It is best suited to sharpening blunt Western or Japanese knives, and should be followed by honing to realign the edge. To use, simply unlock an existing disc from a compatible HORL 3 roller, replace it with this one, and sharpen. The compact size makes it easy to store. It is easy to unlock and reattach, thanks to a Quick Lock system that makes the process smooth. The compact size makes it easy to store. Please note that the first few times the diamond grinding side is used, excess diamond particles may be noticeably heard peeling off. After a few applications, the grinding sound becomes quieter and the grinding surface stabilises. Not compatible with HORL 2 sharpeners or accessories.
