The Mauviel M'Cook Non-stick Crepe Pan comes from Mauviel's superior M'Cook range. The collection is made from a 5-ply multi-layered material which combines the most efficient attributes from both stainless steel and aluminium and features an alloy core which extends right to the tip of the pan to ensure responsive and even heat distribution. The pan also features three layers of Eclipse non-stick coating for excellent durability. 

This handcrafted crepe pan can be used on most heat sources and is very easy to clean. The oversized handle allows you to lift and transfer the pan safely.
