This Mauviel M’Cook Oval Frying Pan is made from robust ferritic stainless steel and is suitable for all hobs, including induction. Polished on the outside but brushed on the inside, this frying pan with two handles is designed to easily fit in the oven and on the table. While excellent for fish, we use it for so much more, from baked pasta to fruit crumble.

Mauviel M’Cook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

While M’Cook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
