The Mauviel M'CookB Non-stick Crepe Pan is made from a 5-ply multi-layered material that combines the most efficient attributes from both stainless steel and aluminium and features an alloy core that extends right to the tip of the pan to ensure responsive and even heat distribution. The pan also features Eclipse Nonstick coating so it is perfect for making crepes. It can be used on all heat sources, including induction, and is very easy to clean. Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel or pot holder when needed.
