Fully forged from superior, high carbon, stain-free German steel, the taper-ground blade is very strong and resilient and is joined to the handle with a well-balanced bolster. The handle is made of Santoprene® thermoplastic rubber which makes it comfortable to hold and ensures a non-slip grip. Also known as a "bird's beak knife", this knife peels fruit or vegetables with delicate precision and shapes them as desired. 6cm.
