If you're serious about coffee, especially espresso, a top-quality coffee grinder like the La Pavoni Cilindro Prosumer is key. It features a hopper on the top that holds up to 600g of coffee beans and an anti-slip base, but its crowning feature is the flat hardened steel burrs. This results in a very uniform grind that is crucial for good espresso. With a powerful 50mm burr diameter and a speed of about 1.4 grams a second, it is an efficient machine. The grinder features a regulator knob with stepless micrometric grinding adjustment, containing an infinite number of grind settings that allow you to fine-tune to your liking. You can select a single or double dose or manually dose by pressing down the button; all of these controls can be managed using the LCD display. The support has been designed to fit different types of portafilters, whether for lever or semi-professional machines. Its height can be adjusted to increase or decrease the distance from the coffee outlet. Fitted with a UK plug (220-240V).
