Features a diamond-hard glaze creating exceptionally strong porcelain with a glossy finish. With thermal shock resistance, the platters can be transferred directly from the freezer to the oven. They are also resistant to chipping and scratches. Easy to clean and non-porous. Will not absorb tastes or odours. Beautifully shaped deep platters that make wonderful serving pieces.
